Dr. Marco Tulio Alzaga Vega
Specialist in Oral Rehabilitation & Implantology
Dr. Alzaga is 2000 graduate of dental school at the University of Baja California. Upon graduation he was involved in oral implantology which later became his passion. He was educated extensively in a number of continuing educational courses, and ultimately was awarded diplomate in oral implantology. In 2009 he completed a residency program for a masters degree in oral Implantology. He is a member of the Colegio Mexicano de Implantologia Oral y Maxilofacial. Dr.Alzaga is also a former president of Colegio de Implantologia Bucal de Baja California (CIBBC). He is a fellow master and diplomate of the Mexican College of Oral Implantology and current President of a local non-profit organization, Centro Comunitario de Odontologia Especializada Asociacion Civil, were their mission is to treat underprivileged people who otherwise have no access to receive dental care, and to get their deserved smiles back. He started his own practice at Centro de Odontologia Especializada, there they work on multidisciplinary dentistry focusing on oral implantology. Dr. Alzaga is coordinator of the area of oral implantology in the periodontics residence at Centro de Especialidades Odontologicas (CEO), currently completing his residence in prosthodontics.
